09/27/93 - severe pains in right lower back and right
buttock (small kidney infection; cleared up with antibiotics)

02/15/95 - Past month has had frequent diarrhea (taken
flagyl daily)

04/23/97 - severe back and abdominal pains

09/15/97 - again severe abdominal pains; x-rays done (found
partial obstruction)

09/18/97 - follow up for abdominal pains (having pains yet
when being physically active)

09/25/97 - follow up abdominal pains (every now and then;
back to normal).

06/05/98
- I was not able to get rid of all the abdominal pains until early
1998. I did receive some
samples of flagyl to see if that would work.

11/12/98
- I have been off of flagyl for awhile and no problems are reoccurring. I feel much better. I have also stopped going to the doctor
unless I get really sick, since I do not have any medical insurance. I have filed a claim
for disability in the middle of 1998 and was turned down.

06/24/03 - To this day the abdominal pains
have not returned. It has been 5 years almost to the day. What was
figured is that they may have been caused by some type of blockage
or even possibly from stress or physical work. This has not been determined,
but those are the only reasonable explanations we can come up with.

06/25/03 - For the last 4 years which I did
not want to put on this site (since I sent insurance
companies to review some of my history) is that I have some
type of opening between my scrotum and rectal area. It reacts kind
of like a cist of some sort that always drains. At first I thought
it was a fistula, but have determined that out since there are no
other problems. Still to this day I have not made a visit to
the doctor since it doesn't worry me to much.
